Hernandez joined by representatives from Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami (Habitat) and other community representatives for the official groundbreaking of Habitat’s very first development of town homes for low-income households.

HotSpot Campaign Kicks Off in Full Gear - September 12, 2007 - The Office of Commissioner Spence-Jones has partnered with P.U.L.S.E to launch the HotSpot campaign in District 5.
